1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the a111 website located at a111.asia ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein, including the a111 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately discontinue your use of a111 and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an a111 account and to place bets or wagers on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. a111 strictly prohibits the use of its services by persons under 18 years old.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not on behalf of a business, company, or other legal entity for commercial purposes.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting activities in the jurisdiction in which you are located. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering and using a111.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically and explicitly prohibited by law in a manner that would make your use of a111 unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, agent, director, or officer of a111, or a close family member of any such person.

3. Account Registration

To use the betting and gaming services offered by a111, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all a111 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active a111 account. Operating duplicate accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and keep your account information current. Providing false details – including a false name, date of birth, or address – is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your a111 login email and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. a111 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately secure your login information.
• KYC Verification: a111 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") at any time, including as a condition of processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on a111 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• a111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• a111 does not accept payments from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the a111 cashier at the time of transaction. These minimums are subject to periodic revision.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. a111 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests of any amount.
• a111 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• a111 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if the relevant funds are associated with a bonus that has not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

a111 offers various promotional offers to registered members from time to time. The following general terms apply to all a111 bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements"). The specific wagering requirement applicable to any bonus will be stated in the relevant promotional offer terms at the time the bonus is made available.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate accounting within your a111 balance. Withdrawals of real-money funds do not require bonus wagering requirements to be met unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• a111 reserves the right to void any bonus, associated winnings, and any real-money funds obtained through abuse or exploitation of a promotional offer. "Abuse" includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematic wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion with other players.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the promotional offer. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• a111 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on a111:

• All bets placed on a111 are final once confirmed. a111 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify confirmed bets except where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.
• a111 reserves the right to void bets placed on events or games that are subsequently found to have been subject to corruption, match-fixing, or other irregularities, regardless of the published result.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or betting session, a111 will apply the most recent valid game state or bet settlement data available. a111 is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
• All casino games on a111, including slots, table games, and live dealer titles, use certified random number generators or genuine physical dealing processes. Game results are independently audited.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain games and bet types. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market.
• a111 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on a111 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Opening more than one a111 account, or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to a111 at any time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, harvest information, or otherwise interact with the a111 Platform in an automated manner.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using a111 for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the a111 Platform, including the accounts of other users.
• Engaging in chargebacks, friendly fraud, or reversing legitimate transactions via your payment provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the a111 Platform, including but not limited to the a111 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, software, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of a111 or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a111 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any a111 content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a111's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to a111 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a111 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses;
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond a111's reasonable control, including internet outages, Pakistani network disruptions, or force majeure events.

a111 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or to any specific game or betting market. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party provider issues may result in temporary service unavailability.

10. Responsible Gaming

a111 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered a111 account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your a111 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when your gaming session reaches a duration you specify.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all a111 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect immediately upon confirmation.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

a111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any balance, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from your payment provider;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies; a111 will notify you before applying dormancy charges);
• a111's reasonable determination that continuing to provide services to you would be in violation of any applicable law or regulatory obligation.

You may also voluntarily close your a111 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to the completion of applicable KYC requirements and the absence of outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

a111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a111 will publish the updated Terms on the a111 website with a revised "Last Updated" date, and may additionally notify registered members via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the a111 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using a111 and, if you wish, close your account in accordance with Section 11.
